NGC 2024 Flame Nebula
The Flame Nebula is so named for the characteristic shape given to it by a dark band of dust located in front of the nebula itself , it shall take the form ... is a rather confusing, at least for me, as Alnitak the presence of the bright star is part of Orion's belt, it greatly complicates the recovery .. basically I think the photos do not leave much of a girlfriend, but the public good anyway since it cost me three hours of my life!
