Paper Baking Cups In Oven

E non perché sia scritto in modo particolarmente magistrale (Asimov è un very good storyteller, but not above many others) or the astonishing originality (even if you breathe sense of wonder on every page).
have the depth and humanity of the characters to make it a small masterpiece in the fantasy aspect of it too often overlooked (and not always unwittingly). Decorate the characters with virtues and vices makes them perhaps less epic, but decidedly more heroic.
The novel is divided into three chapters, the first of which is the large background, while the third has the role of the conclusion. Both are set in our world, while the second takes us into a parallel universe, linked to our innovation because of the overwhelming technology which is the engine the whole story.
E 'in this central chapter that the romance and the skill of Asimov are the masters. E 'touching, tender, exciting. No matter what the elements are alien to our world view, as Asimov has enjoyed creating a world where everything seems different. E 'in these pages that it is easier to identify himself, and the alien to the context associated with feelings known to us that allows us the magic and jaw-dropping.
I challenge anyone (apart from academic physicists ^ ^) to slip more easily into the shoes of a physicist in academia rather than those of a father apprehensive and worried that everyone is well. If then the family has a social structure (and physical) is completely different from that to which we are accustomed, only more fun, right? It teaches us a lot more than we expected from a fantasy novel.
