I am a foreign citizen - one of the few foreigners arrived in Italy with a valid entry permit and without intention to commit a crime. I came to Italy from the spirit and fascinated by ancient history, enchanting nature and rich culture. I had planned to open a business in its own: a factory production of towers and other objects in Carrara marble dust and rock of Volterra, which would have created jobs and contributed to local economic development. I had some good plans for the future and I was even married to an Italian citizen.
My Projects I could not make because I was struck by the Italian organized crime. The term "organized crime" we imagine a group of persons of bad presence and low cultural level, who commit crimes being cruel disparate groups together and in being led by a chief. It really is not così.Mi I was always interested in sociology, della psicologia, della cultura e dello scambio culturale internazionale - per questo dal momento quando sono stata colpita dalla criminalità italiana, ho cominciato a studiarla e a indagare per conto mio. La vera criminalità organizzata ci aspetta laddove noi meno ce l’aspettiamo, laddove non possiamo nemmeno immaginare, nelle situazioni incredibili ed inverosimili. Un rappresentante della criminalità organizzata di solito ha un buon inserimento sociale, ha un posto di lavoro statale o parastatale, ha degli appoggi altolocati e gode della totale impunità per i reati compiuti nel caso se fosse querelato: grazie agli appoggi gli indagini vanno regolarmente insabbiate, il denunciato non viene nemmeno iscritto sul registro degli indagati, sia Giudici sia Pubblici Ministeri si rifiutano di sentire i testimoni, di valutare le prove e mandano velocemente le pratiche in archiviazione – purtroppo, questo è la vera criminalità organizzata!
Nel 2001 la mia abitazione familiare sita a Sesta Godano (SP) è stata violentemente occupata dai criminali tramite reato di violazione del domicilio e tutti i miei beni, inziando dai vestiti e finendo con attrezzature per la fabbrica e dei documenti personali e titoli di studio sono stati rapiti/rubati dai criminali. Da quel momento la mia famiglia con due bambini piccoli era rimasta per strada, spossessata illegalmente di tutto perfino dei documenti personali necessari per affittare emergency housing or from outside Italy. Gli oranizzatori del reato di sequestro dei bambini non sono stati fin’oggi puniti dalle Autorità Giudiziarie. Le Autorità Italiane fin'oggi hanno fallito nel restituirmi i miei beni e nel liberare l'immobile dai criminali illegali.

Since it was hit by Italian organized crime I met many other people suffering like me and I realized that the situation in Italy is more than raccapriciante here and not seen the slightest basic human rights.
